Full Spectrum Sports Sun-Believable Tucson Training Camps are designed to accommodate cyclists and triathletes of all levels. Choose from two camps in 2011. Our 7-day Spring Training Camp caters to athletes of all abilities and treats participants like royalty with executive-level, bed & breakfast-style accomodations. Yes, that's right - come live like a king or queen for the week while you get in shape and enjoy the wonders of the magnificent Southwest. Our 5-day Spring Training Camp provides more traditional lodging with a choice of single or double occupancy and features longer rides and more rolling terrain, making it perfect for intermediate and advanced cyclists and triathletes.
Each Full Spectrum Sports camp offers a wide variety of training and coaching opportunities. Camp participants will cycle through beautiful parks and desert scenery and be treated to Tucson's bike-friendly roads and mountain climbs. Triathletes get the added benefit of cross-training with organized swim and run workouts. In addition, camp participants get a chance to attend TRIFEST, Tucson's premier multi-day triathlon summit.Tucson's geography is a postcard image of cactus forests, rolling hills and awe-inspiring mountains. Cycling this time of year in Tucson is ideal - not too hot and not too cold. The region boasts over 300 days of sunshine annually and has been ranked "gold level" by the League of American Bicyclists for bike friendliness. Triathlete Magazine ranks Tucson as the #1 Best Place for triathletes to live and train and the area was recently designated as the US Winter Training Capital where many professional cycling teams come to complete their pre-season training. Triathletes will focus on all three sports with an emphasis on cycling endurance. Cyclists will generally do a bit more cycling than triathletes but will also be invited to participate in multi-sport activities and skills practices.

- Wednesday - Oro Valley scenic vistas ride (30-80 miles). Optional run. Dinner.
- Thursday - Madera Canyon ride (50-100 miles). Group dinner.
- Friday - Recovery ride. Optional swim or run workout. TRIFEST visit. Dinner.
- Saturday - Mt. Lemmon group ride (20-50 miles). Group dinner.
- Sunday, March 6th - Optional swim. 10:00 AM departure. Shuttle available to Tucson airport.

Full Spectrum Sports 5-day Training Camp is best suited for competitive age-group cyclists and triathletes. This camp features longer rides and more rolling terrain than our 7-day camp. Riders are recommended to have completed 1,000-1,500 base miles in the 3 months prior to this camp. Participants will be treated to 3 rides of 60 miles or more and be challenged with some of the finest mountain climbs Tucson has to offer. Expect to come away from this camp with a big smile on your face, a big boost in fitness and a burning desire to challenge your training buddies back home.
