Coaching Levels
Effective coaching requires a special relationship between coach and athlete. At Full Spectrum Sports, we offer three levels of coaching to satisfy the needs of a full range of athletes. The difference between levels is largely a function of three factors:
1. the number of services provided (quantity),
2. the depth and breadth of services delivered (quality).
3. and the amount of time allocated for time with your coach (resources).
All levels utilize a structured coaching process, which helps maintains consistency and provides the necessary structure to manage the variety of factors needed for the process to be successful. Whether you're seeking motivation, recognition, accountability, structure, measurement, new skills, or feedback and recognition - a coach can help.
Level 1 – Our basic coaching plan provides the essential elements necessary for some people to meet their basic short-term training goals and wellness needs. $109/month
Level II – Our most popular plan takes personal development to the next level. Training is divided into “periods” and helps most people boost performance and maximize results. $149/month
Level III – Our premium coaching plan advances all the benefits of Level I and Level II by providing more complimenting and comprehensive services. It also allows more time for interaction with your coach. This level is most often chosen by the higher-functioning athlete or fitness enthusiast. $209/month
All Full Spectrum Sports coaching clients receive a detailed client assessment, an on-line training account, a personalized training plan, and on-going access to their personal coach. We recommend you discuss your individual needs with us before deciding on which level is best for you.
