2012 Winter/Spring TRI-FIT Program - training begins January 23, 2012
Tinfoilman Sprint Triathlon, October 30, 2011
Full Spectrum Sports and Fleet Feet Tucson are proud to present the 2012 TRI-FIT program, sponsored by Pearl Izumi. TRI-FIT is a group triathlon training program designed for people looking to build a foundation of fitness in swimming, biking and running. It's ideally suited for individuals who have always wanted to do a triathlon or who want to extend their knowledge and experience with the sport.
The TRI-FIT program kicks off its 2012 series with a winter/spring session beginning in January. Training will be offered at two development levels – Level 1.0 and Level 2.0. Before signing up, participants should review the features and costs of each level and decide which one best suits their interests, goals and abilities. Graduates of past TRI-FIT programs and people having previous experience in one or more of the three sports will receive workout plans that take into consideration their current level of fitness in each sport.
